Augustin and Jose from ARS installed our new Rheem central air conditioner which we purchased from Home Depot on April 4, 2016. They were both professional, polite and knowledgeable about their work. They arrived at approximately 9:15 a.m. within the time "window" that we had been told, and they left at approximately 3:15 p.m., exactly 6 hours after they arrived which is exactly what we had been told we take to install the air conditioner. They cleaned up their work area and also instructed us on using the new unit. We would use them again.
We had an A/C problem and contacted ARS Miami for a technician. We had excellent experience with ARS replacing an A/C unit in September. And once again, we received excellent service from Lauro N, the ARS technician. He was accommodating to our needs, was knowledgeable and very courteous.
This company delivered as promised. Their employees are devoted to their craft. We loved their teamwork while working at our home. Considering their level of service, the money spent was well worth it. Highly recommend them.
ARS is a very reliable company. Each time I call I get an answer immediately. Their service tech Mr. Hernan O is excellent. Very courteous, explains in detail, and is patient. He's visited our home twice and each time it's been very positive. We truly value such honesty now a day, and it's because of his service that we will remain repeat customers and recommend ARS to others.
Alain S from ARS came to our home on March 31, 2016 (sent by Home Depot) to do an evaluation of our central air conditioning system and to recommend an appropriate new central air conditioning unit since our unit was old and broken and needed to be replaced. Alain was polite, professional, and knowledgeable about his business. He thoroughly explained to us the various air conditioners that would be appropriate for our home and what would be best for us. After we decided to purchase the unit from Home Depot, Alain returned the next day to help us with payment and financing through Home Depot. He quickly had ARS's installers come on the next business day (April 4, 2016) to install the new unit. The installers were polite, professional and did a good job. .
Hernan [redacted] is a professional person who cares and love his job and his company.
He is a real asset to have as employee. Congrats

I also find the association with Home Depot and ARS advantages in, 1) their employees are bonded, 2) the special financing Home Depot offers.
Had my air conditioning replaced by ARS Miami. Everyone with this company that I dealt with was extremely professional, courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. Miguel Morciego was the salesman who came to the house to give free estimate. He explained everything very clearly and after he left I knew that this was the company that I wanted to do the job. Connie from the Orlando office ( I didn't get her last name ) gave me a follow up call the next day to work out all the details. She was also very helpful & courteous. Juan R & Augustin F. were the installers. They showed up earlier than scheduled and did a excellent installation. They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything thoroughly. I am very happy with the whole experience.
I have a maintenance plan with ARS Miami for my air conditioner. The service call was scheduled for Oct. 7 and the ARS technician, [redacted], was excellent.
He was prompt and very thorough. I was very satisfied with the service.
