DWF of Milwaukee is a wholesaler of fresh flowers that services retail florist, event planners, and large retail floral chains. We sell fresh flowers and supplies in bulk to customers who are trained in care and handling perishable products. It is not our business objective to turn down sales. We apologize if there has been a misunderstanding on our part however, Mr***’ business proposal still does not meet our requirements In Mr*** ‘ last response , he mentions that he would like to have events on his property and considers himself an event plannerOur customers that are event planners have facilities (coolers) that house their fresh flowers and supplies on their property. They service multiple customers at an outside venue. We do not sell to a venue, like a hotel, or a wedding venue or a golf course that hires a florist to do their eventsWe equate Mr***’ business to thisWe view this kind of customer to circumvent the traditional floristWe wish to protect and preserve the Professional Florist who has the staff, facilities and experience to handle events such as this. The only way we would sell to Mr*** is if he would open a full service flower shop, open to the general public, on his propertyIf he would like us to refer someone to him, we would be happy to do soThank youDWF Wholesale Florists in Milwaukee

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]First off I'm not a gas station. But a golf course with a large pavillion. We hosted a wedding last weekend. The first we hope of many more in the future. Being that the DWF web site lists event planners as the type of customer they serve, I feel their refusal to open an account to be unreasonable.
