Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I did call their office to make an inquiry about a survey! I did not place an order or request a survey, their lead time was to far out I didn't cancel the survey because I didn't order a survey I personally spoke to the two workers who were at my home and told them they had the wrong house! They left and were very polite, unlike the office staff I did some digging on the Internet and found another complaint similar to my, I did forward Revdex.com a copy I never ordered a survey, I never signed a purchase order for a survey, I never asked for or received a quote for a survey I simply made a phone inquiry This is crazy!!I will not pay for services I never ordered, and/or received [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] Regards, [redacted]
