Dwight FinancialWhew! After dealing with the business on Peoria Ave in Phoenix, I'm not sure where to begin The customer service (or lack there of) sucks They lie to you, try to deceive you, and even add fees to everything They are strictly in it for the greed Robin and Paulette Their job application must require the following: If you lack morals or integrity, have no conscious, decency, or compassion, and no ethics or sense of right or wrong; and can sleep comfortable at night knowing you have fked over someone, come join our work forceBecause we don't give a ***! Their motto is [redacted] you, pay me! To anyone thinking of a loan, look elsewhere I'm not a hater at all, but this is one company to avoid at all costs

When [redacted] made his third payment to DFI for June 20, 2015, it was returned by his bank as NSF Since J [redacted] refused to replace the NSF, when he made his fourth payment, it was applied to payment number three So, J [redacted] still owes his July 20, 2015, payment This means that he is more than days delinquent on his account Further, he refuses to surrender the vehicle On January 8, 2016, it was explained to him that since he refuses to surrender the collateral, a civil action would be brought against himAt that time he stated that he would be happy to explain his position to the courtJ [redacted] confirms this in the next to the last sentence in his correspondence to you In [redacted] complaint, he stated that this matter started in September It actually started with his June 20, 2015, NSF checkIt continued because he did not made payment number four that was due on July 20, Furthermore, on September 15, 2015, we received a notice of cancellation from Drive Insurance This is another event of default The types of letters that have been mailed to J [redacted] are: Late notices Demand letters Requests for proof of insurance letters

face="Calibri">On November 4, 2015, S [redacted] *nformed us that she would send a Western Union payment in the amount of $by the end of that week which would have been November 6, We did not receive that payment As of November 16, 2015, because the Western Union had not been received, the repossession assignment was closed and the account was placed with a different firm to attempt to obtain the vehicle On November 17, 2015, [redacted] informed the second company that she would allow the vehicle to be picked up On November 18, 2015, [redacted] called us and he was informed that he must pay the delinquent payment plus the fees that were due as a result of the broken promise When it was explained to [redacted] *hat once the vehicle was repossessed, he would be given days to bring the account current, plus, if he asked for it, a 10-day extension, he hung up the phoneBecause there has been a history of canceled insurance, a request was made to provide proof that the insurance policy is still in force Over a span of the past months, nine letters, notifying [redacted] of a delinquency status, have been mailed to them Additionally, between September and October 15, 2015, four messages were left on their tape machine asking them to call us Not one call was returned until November 4, 2015, when [redacted] called and made the promise to pay If [redacted] had kept her November 4, 2015, promise to pay, or at least notified us of a different, acceptable, arrangement before November 16, 2015, the account would not have reached this levelBecause they broke the November 4, 2015, promise to pay, additional fees have been incurred to obtain the collateral and [redacted] wants us to pay those fees for him After the section above was prepared, on November 19, 2015, a Western Union payment was received that paid the delinquent payment and the fees due to the two firms [redacted] and [redacted] also provided proof of insurance

This company is a predatory lender with horrible customer serviceYou miss a payment, they hike the interest rate up on you and hire the same private investigators to call and harass you and your references, telling them every detail about your purchaseI would miss several payments every so often but would always bring my account back to good standing when I couldMost recently I called and found out that I have paid over $6,dollars on a $16,loan and still owe more than $14,How is that legal? It's not
