I got a huge crack in my windshield driving out to Tucson this year I had a list of places to get estimates but went here first [redacted] was so friendly and nice, I booked for the next day! [redacted] was there for the actual work and so nice and business-like I had to pay for the windshield myself since my car is older and I carry a high deductible for damage to MY car I thought the price was very reasonable and fair

I very rarely write reviews Dwight's Auto Glass deserves one due to the exceptional service provided They replaced the rear quarter window panel and repaired two chips in the windshield of my Toyota 4Runner They were pleasant, efficient and scheduled me in quickly When I arrived, I was surprised by how nicely appointed and clean the office, waiting room and restroom were They had Kurig single serve coffee and netflix available for waiting customers My car was ready to go in a little over an hour They had vacuumed out the broken glass in the cargo area and left everything spotless They are a AAA "preferred" businessI can't recommend them highly enough! These folks do it right!
Terrible experience! I waited more hours than told and still had bubbles in the tintThen the guy came over and tore the tint trying to take the bubbles outCame back hours later and my brand new car was all scratched up in the backThen I was told that they didn't do thatNever go there!
I've lived here in Tuson for over 50yrs and have had many windshields replaced and window tinting done to many of my vehicles over the yearsI only wish I had discovered Dwight's services sooner! The Staff was exceptional! They were polite, very prompt and did both the windshield AND the window tintinting at the same location, which is a convenience not available at many other Businesses in the tradeTheir time estimate was right on and the shop was orderly, with a very nice waiting room and clean restroom facilities! (TV and fresh coffee!) I highly recommend Dwight's for a 'positive experience' if you need Autoglass or Window Tinting~Hassle Free~! (I had my work done at the Speedway location)
