Response:We sold a car to [redacted] on AS IS although we offered her a service contract which she boughtAs a dealership we can't fix cars after we sell them, but if there is anything we can help with, we would be happy to do soAs far as accident, we disclosed that to Mrs ***, a 3rd party shop did a safety inspection on that vehicle as well and there was no OVERHEATING issues, so I don't think that the car can be just fine and a years later we have to be responsible for any issuesBut I did call the ***, that's the service contract company, they told me that they never received any claims, and with them [redacted] has a seals and gaskets covered, so I would suggest to take the car to a mechanic and open a claim with ***, they should cover the costs of the repairs[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: What the business is stating is not trueThe issue is not credit the issue is the fact that the vehicle uses clean energy fuel instead of regular gasBecause of this is the reason we were told we could bring it back in six monthsThe general manager told us there were clean energy stations all over the area which happened to not be trueI was over charged for this vehicle and am now having a difficult time trying to trade it in else where because of thatI just want this business to honor their word of taking it back for a different vehicle that uses gasI spoke to [redacted] (general manager) two weeks ago about this and haven't heard from sinceHe asked me to resubmit new applications and I did but still nothingevery time I call he's never available, even if they told me to call back in a certain amount of minutesIf this wasn't true why does he not just call me back as promised and tell meHim ignoring me, avoiding my calls and not being straight forward or calling me back speaks for it self!

bought a vehicle *** Santa Fe from Integrity Auto Sales Inc on 05/13/Mr*** was the one and only making the decision and outside buyers were not involved in this salesFrom the very start, *** *** - finance manager of Integrity Auto Sales Inc - told *** that the type of loan he had requested was impossible to get from a finance company*** told *** that Integrity would have to be his finance bank and that he will be making payments to Integrity as a *** customerOnce the monthly payments started to be due, *** started giving us problems stating the dealership is giving him the run around with the paymentsMr*** had a clear stated contract in which all of his monthly payments and dates were writtenOne of Integrity's Finance personnelles went over the contract with him and he signed the contract agreeing that he understood everything that disclosed in the sale contract CA LAW-Regular monthly payment invoices were sent out as as the welcome packet to the address that Mr.*** provided at the time of salePayments of $were due on the 27th of each month starting as of 06/27/Mr.*** only made monthly payments with which he had numerous questions and for the 1st payment he had some finance issues which we took in consideration and he only paid us $and Integrity took a goodwill act upon the rest of the 1st payment of $It is Mr.*** legal right to refinance if he desires but the original contract is operating and unless the customer returns the car in the same condition he had taken it - Integrity will not take the car back and undo the saleThank you

I spoke to John yesterday and told him we would address his concerns once the vehicle is back from the Mercedes dealership getting the warranty work done on the gas tank

The down payment was returned in full to Miss [redacted]. Sorry, we couldn’t help with the loan. I wish we had the correct income amount right the way to avoid issues like this one.
