05/30/2015Dear Revdex.comSheehy Ford of Springfield followed all procedures when working on [redacted] s vehicleWe followed the guidelines provided by Ford Motor Co[redacted] 's vehicle was not originally produced with the My Touch System, therefore we cannot order the part even if [redacted] would like us to repair the My Touch System.In further research we found that [redacted] 's vehicle was previously involved in a severe accident prior to him purchasing itThis research was done via ( [redacted] ) see attachedThis may be the reason this vehicle is equipped with My Touch when the factory states it does not.I have attached all documentation to support this response.Thank YouDavid PGeneral Manager

05/30/2015Dear Revdex.comWe preformed the work that was approved by *** *** to his *** *** *** was aware that the vehicle may still need more work after the initial estimate.The vehicle was brought to us with check engine light on and was miles past due for its major100,mile
service.If the plugs were replaced at 100,miles as scheduled the issue of the plug breaking might have been less likely*** *** was advised that this issue may happenOne being how far past due the service was as well as this is an inherent problem with the engine in his truck.I have attached photos to show how poorly this truck was serviced in prior years.I have also attached the work orders and the recommended 100,mile service.We will be happy to continue working with *** in completing the repairs to his truck at a discounted priceThis is a goodwill gesture.Thank YouDavid P.General Manager
