First of all, we would like to extend our sincere apologies to the complainant. We had a system-generated price error issue last Nov. **, 2016, between 9-920am EST., that affected most of our product prices bringing them down below our regular selling price. The actual amount of the product that she...

ordered from us was "Fisher-Price Imaginext Power Rangers Morphin Megazord at 67.40 dollars" with the price error it went down to 4 dollars. We received her order on Nov. **, 2016, at 918am (Pacific time) during the same date and time we experienced the issue and not on Nov. [redacted] as stated in the complaint. We did not offer any kind of sale or price drop and we immediately informed [redacted] about the issue. As a responsible third party seller on [redacted], we sent her several emails about the system generated price error on Nov. [redacted] and [redacted] of the month wherein we did not receive any response. This is the first time this incident happened to us and we already took sev eral measures so it would not happen again in the future. Again our sincerest apologies.
