Review: [redacted] gave extremely valuable jewelry (which belongs to beautylounge clients + [redacted]) to deb schecter, the [redacted] of dyanne belle llc to redesign back in november/december of 2014. we still have not received that jewelry back. we have made countless attempts to get the jewelry back in our possession. we have communicated by phone, email, and text messages many many times. sometimes daily.

over the course of all of these months, we have been repeatedly told that we would get the jewelry on specific days and that never would happen. that would happen over and over again. many times - and for long periods of time, we wouldn't get responses to our communication. initially we offered, and then we INSISTED, that we would come to pick up the jewelry ourselves. she wouldn't allow that to happen. we advised her that she didn't need to be there - only to leave the jewelry with her doorman (which she regularly does for clients) or at her office. she wouldn't allow that to happen. she has made many excuses (which we now know to be untrue) for reasons why we cant pick up our jewelry. we had hoped to resolve this easily on our own. to this date, we still are missing our jewelry.Desired Settlement: we would like the jewelry returned.

we would the platinum diamond ring be returned exactly the way it was given to her and we would like the other jewelry returned with the exact same stones that she was given.

Review: In June 2013, I gave [redacted], the [redacted] of Dyanne Belle, my diamond necklace for a simple chain repair. [redacted] was to repair the necklace and ship to me in [redacted]. I have never received my diamond necklace back. The diamond is the center stone of my engagement ring, given to me by my husband ** years ago. I have repeatedly asked [redacted] to return my necklace by phone calls, mail, texts and e-mails. She has confirmed that she has my diamond, and in the beginning repeatedly promised that she was shipping it, but has not returned it. Since December 2014, she has not responded to calls, texts, or e-mails.Desired Settlement: I would like my diamond necklace returned, or the value of my necklace paid to me.

Review: Business owner redesigns jewelry whereby she takes old jewelry and makes new pieces. Owner was given over 15 pieces of jewelry ($7,000 plus value) in May 2014 and has returned only 1/3 of the pieces. Nothing was agreed in terms of redesigning the jewelry. Owner was contacted in May 2015 to return jewels and after numerous texts, emails and calls only 1/3 of jewelry was returned (approx value of $1,000).Desired Settlement: The jewelry should be returned immediatly.
