My financial adviser suggested we hire the Dyatech firm as third party administrator of a 401K that we planned to establishThis TPA, I was told, would save us $a yearIn the course of establishing this 401K, my husband's earning profile was changed and we decided not to move forward on the 401K after allI had no problem closing the unfunded account with [redacted] But I simply cannot get the fund closed with Dyatech, well, not the fund, but their adminstrative paperwork on the fundThe fund is closed at [redacted] And this, which was never funded, keeps incurring charges with DyatechNot only can I not get Dyatech to close our accountAnd not only do they keep billing meBut, while I was trying to set up the account, and I did need the help of account administrator, the employees over at Dyatech were little or no helpThey returned none of my phone calls and few of my emailsThe wonderful man at [redacted] was a tremendous amount of helpWhat the heck is the point of hiring Dyatech at all for this? I read the single complaint on this Revdex.com site for DyatechFrankly, I am not surprised by that gentleman's experience, but I AM surprised that there are not more complaints! My advice: do not use Dyatech as a third party administratorThey are non responsive, little help and they charge you everytime you turn aroundBah, a pox on them Wish I could rate them as extremely negative

In the course of establishing this 401K, my husband's earning profile was changed and we decided not to move forward on the 401K after all. I had no problem closing the unfunded account with [redacted]. But I simply cannot get the fund closed with Dyatech, well, not the fund, but their adminstrative paperwork on the fund. The fund is closed at [redacted]. And this, which was never funded, keeps incurring charges with Dyatech.
Not only can I not get Dyatech to close our account. And not only do they keep billing me. What the heck is the point of hiring Dyatech at all for this?
I read the single complaint on this Revdex.com site for Dyatech. Frankly, I am not surprised by that gentleman's experience, but I AM surprised that there are not more complaints!
My advice: do not use Dyatech as a third party administrator. They are non responsive, little help and they charge you everytime you turn around. Bah, a pox on them. Wish I could rate them as extremely negative.
