Review: I found the company on Instagram, by a man named "**" whose page alias was "[redacted]." I liked a few couches that he posted pictures of, so I contacted him at the number provided on his page. ###-###-####. We set up a date/time to come in and see some furniture. He told us to come to [redacted], that the company had two locations. After looking through several catologues, I chose a white bonded leather sectional. We were told that it came with a warranty, which convinved us to go with that couch. ** stated that they preferred cash, but that we could pay $400 there in the store, and $1000 upon delivery. While in the store I signed the receipt and wasn't given my copy. I was told we would get it when the couch was delivered. When the couch was delivered on Thurday night (2/**/14), we were not given a receipt. Additionally, there was a dent in one of the lumbar cushions in the couch. I contacted ** the very next morning (2/**/14) with pictures of the couch and asked about the warranty. He said he would have to check with the warehouse and get back to me on Monday (2/**/14). He did not get back to me. I again reached out, and this time he told me there is no warranty. I told him that I was very disappointed that he told me there was a warranty when we were in the store. I also requested that he send me my receipt as proof of purchase/payment at least. I asked for the return policy as well. I still have not received this from him and he no longer returns any of my texts.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund since they have not responded regarding an exchange, warranty, or return. I would have gladly accepted an exchange, but I would like my money back so that I can purchase the couch from a company that handles things professionally and will protect my purchase.

Review: the problem is the guy from the store told me they will send me a good quality of leather and he send me a bad leather furniture and also he signed the contract for me with my name he make a fraud! he cheated me. I have many messages in my cellphone if it is necessary from him telling me that he going to fix the problem but he don't do anything please I need help! some company that I dont know is calling me and also the same company "monterey finance" posted a loans on my credit 5789 dollars refers to this furnitureDesired Settlement: I want that they pick they furniture and they clean all this amount from my creadit bureu and also this guy signed this contract for me
