Dye Photography

Review: I ordered Photo Package #6 for $18.50 and paid by check (#[redacted]) on 2/18/14. Received the Photo package on March 29, 2014. On April 1, 2014 I contacted Dye Photographers at 12:40pm to let [redacted] Dye know that the package was missing one of the 3x5 Fridge magnets. I also expressed my disappointment with the Team Photo as a few of the girls are not even looking at the camera. He stated that no matter what you do, you can't get 10 yr old girls to look at the camera. He was going to order a fridge magnet and stated I would receive it in the mail in about 10 days. He was also going to look thru the Team Photos and send a better one. Called him on 4.23.14 at 1:55pm bc I have not received the Fridge magnet. He stated that he would check on it and I would hear back from him that evening or the next day. I never heard from him. Called him on 4/25/14 at 11am and left a voice message that I was checking back on the Fridge magnet. No return call. Called again on 4/28/14 at 9:20 am and left another message.Desired Settlement: I would like the Fridge magnet which I have already paid for.
