Review: I sent my Dye paintball gun to Dye Precision INC to be repaired, if it was under warranty. The company did not contact me to tell me that the paintball gun was no longer under warranty meaning the repair would be an out of pocket cost. The company "fixed" the paintball gun and then called me to tell me if I did not pay the charge for the repair, I would forfiet my paintball gun. After discussing this with a representative from Dye, she advised she would drop all shipping charges due to this, if I just paid for the repair. I agreed to do so and gave her my credit card information. She processed my card and assured me I would not be charged for the shipping. A few days later, I checked my bank statement and Dye charged me for the repair and the shipping with equaled about $86 instead of the price the representive gave me of $66. Once I recevied my paintball gun back in the mail, it was not even fixed. The gun was still leaking air from the back cap. I had my fiance contact the company to file a complaint for the overcharge and for being charged for a gun that was never fixed. The representative advised "I can't say what my tech did or did not do, but you can ship it back and we will make sure it is fixed this time." It was explained to the representive named Kim, that we did not want to go through this whole process again to have the gun not fixed properly again and to be overcharged again. We wanted to be refunded for the entire payment of $86. She advised she would get with her manager and contact my fiance back as soon as she received a response. This occured on Thursday, 06/27/2013. My fiance has called back several times and the excuses have been that Kim hasn't received a response from her manager, her manager is a very busy lady and is in meetings all day, and now her manager is on vacation and she has no clue when her manager will return. After asking to speak to another manager on 07/02/2013, Kim advised her manager on vacation was the only one who could fix this issue but her. This company does not focus on customer satisfation at all and seems to not even care if the issues are resolved or not.Desired Settlement: We would like to be refunded for the entire payment of $86. The paintball gun was not fixed properly and we were charged for the shipping of the gun after being assured several times by the Dye representative that we would not be.

As of 7/22/2013, we have left multiple voice mails for this customer, and have not received any calls back. As our system does not save card information, we are unable to credit this customer back without getting the customer's credit card information. As he has been unresponsive to our attempts to contact him, we are unable to help him further until we receive a call back from him.
