Very satisfied, last new years day, furnace quit, they we hare within an hour, repairs made Charged service call plus part

After three years of the same issue with a recently new heating and cooling system, Dyer and DeWeerd was the only Heating and Cooling professional that found the cause. I had issues with leaking drip pan for the A/C unit which is a matched system with the furnace and had it replaced three times. The only solution that I heard all the time, was change the air filter, clean the electronic air cleaner, because it was my fault, of course. Anyway I stopped dealing with the long trusted business that kept telling me it was my fault and turned to Dyer and DeWeerd who actually listened to me. They found the real cause and permently fixed it, it was the location of the drip pan, and they custom made a drip pan holder which lifted the pan up a few more inches. They were highly professional and extremely caring and listened, which I wanted from the other two visits from the other guy.
We all know that the prices of service calls are out of this world, and repairs are beyond most of our financial reach. But this company will work with you, honestly just as long as your are also honest and trustful. I hope that I will not have to call for repairs again for a long time, it hurts the pocket book, but if I do, it will be Dyer and DeWeerd. Keep your heating and cooling systems up to date, and clean, have them service before you need it. Good luck with finding a trustful and sincere heating and cooling contractor, they are far in between, if you know what I mean.
