The Service Department at Dyer & Dyer misdiagnosed a fuel system failure as a battery replacement repair I've been servicing my car here for years and it has 60K milesI brought my car in to evaluate a "Check Engine" light on 9/4/17and they told me it was the batteryI spent $on a new battery (9/6/17) and hours later my car broke down from a fuel system failure (9/9/17)! These guys maintained that the fuel system was fine when they checked the engine earlier that week and that the timing of the breakdown was just a coincidenceIncredible! The Service Department Manager, the GM, and even the home office (Sonic Automotive) basically said, tough luckClearly, they misdiagnosed the issue the first time and lack the integrity to admit it

Merry Christmas, recently I purchased a brand new truck from Toyota in Tacoma, Larson AutomotiveAnd Got ripped of! I request white exterior with black exterior leather, but they didn't have in stock so they told me they would get it for me tomorrow and I signed the papers and bought the carWithout actually seeing the carWith extra $15k in car upgrades/warranty/maintenanceThe next day I was unable to pick up the car so I had my relatives pick up the carWhen they picked up the car I was unaware the it car had different interior color, only after they send me the pictures of the carSo the next day my relatives brought the car back but they didn't take itI asked Arsen H [redacted] (he sold me the car), why it's not black (like it was promised) he said it doesn't come with black interior, when I told him that I will complain, he's first response was, that its my word versus he's wordSo lying to customer just to make a sale ?! I took my car in for a oil change and everything was fine with my car on the way to the dealershipDuring the oil change service, the service Rep came back with a list of repairs neededOne of the repairs was that I had a sever coolant leak in my radiatorSo I tell the service Rep that I will work on getting the leak fixed laterBeing that I didn't have a coolant leak on the way to the dealership, I didn't take it that seriousTo make a long story short, I left the dealership with only a oil change service completedI starte out to go home thinking everything was okRemind you I live in fayetteville ga and the drive to the dealership is at least minutes which is located in chambleeWithin minutes of driving home, my low coolant light message came on and my smoke was coming from my car on the highwayI had to get of the highway and pull into a nearby gas stationThere was a mechanic conveniently at the gas station He look at the leak and determine the leak was coming from the side wall of the radiatorHe also stated that it appears the plastics section on the radiator was hitI had to get my car towed to a trustworthy mechanic I know to replace my radiator for $But dyer and dyer quoteed me $ CUSTOMER BEWARE! The mechanics at this dealer is intentionally causing mechanical issues with people car to get customers to spend more money Tapping your radiator with a screw driver and hammer is a common practice for return customers I make this statement because there is no way I can drive from fayetteville gaTo chamblee and have no issuesBut as soon as I leave the dealership my car overheats and spring a leak??? That's impossible!

Since I stopped taking my car to Dyer & Dyer, I have not had one issue with my carIn my previous post I mentioned that I have spent thousands of dollars at this dealership fixing all of the "required repairs"I had to bring my car in about once a month with something new that was going wrongI strongly considered selling my car because of all the issuesI stopped going to Dyer & Dyer, and somehow all the issues stoppedOther people have commented with a similar experienceYou've been warned

I had my car in for its 67,mile service on November 4th I paid close to $for this service, including a repair that needed to be made
ONE week later I started to hear a faint, but different kind of sound when I braked from the back tiresI assumed that I had gotten something on the brake pads (mud, water, etc.) and that it would wear off, but I kept a close eye on itOver a few days the noise got louder and started to sound like my brake pad was scraping against the groundI decided to try a very highly recommended private mechanic to check things out
Turns out my rear brake pads were COMPLETELY gone, and the scraping sound was my brake pads scraping against my rotorsMy car had a full service with dyer & dyer TWO WEEKS PRIORI have always been very diligent with taking care of my carI've spent thousands of dollars at Dyer & Dyer for services and repairs, but thought it was worth it to keep my car running smoothlyIf they had even bothered to check my rear brakes, I would have saved the hundreds of dollars in parts and labor cost to replace both of my rotorsI will NEVER bring my car back to Dyer & DyerI found someone who is much more reliable, much less costly, and who actually knows what they're doing

On November 2017, I took my Volvo Cto Dyer and Dyer VolvoMy convertible roof was stuck approximately 3/TH's in the closed positionThe service associate informed me that my total cost would be only$to raise the convertible top to the up positionOn November 17, I returned to retrieve my vehicle

Back in August 2017, I requested the cancellation of both 'Ding Repair' & '***' Warranties, which were purchased a year earlier with my new carThe proper forms were submitted to Mr*** *** (Business Manager at Dyer & Dyer Volvo) on 9/5/17, who in turn handed the forms over to Ms*** *** (Controller at Dyer & Dyer)After months, I received a refund for the Ding Repair warranty, but not ***On 12/27/2017, I sent an E-Mail to Ms***, who quickly replied letting me know I should receive the *** refund check "By the end of next week"
On January 23, 2018, I still haven't received my refund check for the cancelled *** warranty as promised and attempted to contact Ms*** initially via E-mail, then phone calls on separate occasionsI never received a response until sending her a text message on March 22, Ms*** simply said "Wow, you still haven't received your refund '"Another days went by, and still no update from Ms***

my minivan Siena was having recall fix but it was in the dash take the minivan and they make some holes in the dash , and they replaced the shift solenoid assbly but they forgot to put the light and the shift they tell me that they going to change the dash but they never answer my calls they never call back Larson automotive group Toyota of tacoma
