I entrusted my Social Security Disability claim to DGMS What a mistake! The assistant I dealt with messed something up every time I spoke to her to update my case Then I got denied only to discover there was evidence missing in my decision that was not submitted This is why I hired these people! Then when I called my attorney to find out what the heck happened he informed me he is the only attorney with DGMS that handles SSD and he is short staffed I would suggest they add a disclaimer stating that to the commercials running every minutes making people believe they are competent to handle these cases When I called days after the decision and asked to speak to my attorney I was given the runaround and had to call in times and finally demand to speak to him Due to this screw up, I have to wait more years in this process and will probably lose my home This has already taken years to get to this point

This law firm does nothing to help you they wont return any calls mail or anything called today spoke with *** she was extremely snotty and had a bad attitude *** *** didnt do a thing to help they wont give a break down of a money disbursment and the money in trust which is a lot more then medical bills they wont return this firm is worthless and a rip off !!

When I called 3 days after the decision and asked to speak to my attorney I was given the runaround and had to call in 3 times and finally demand to speak to him. Due to this screw up, I have to wait 2 more years in this process and will probably lose my home. This has already taken 2 years to get to this point.
