I had a 21x33 window replaced by Dyer Glass 12 years ago. This is a non-opening, fixed window - that is shaded by an eve and faces north - no sun. Well, now the window has moisture in between the panes - which is due to a seal break. I spoke to Dyer, and they do not stand behind their product, and said it is out of warranty. I have spoken to other window companies which are giving me replacement estimates, and they have said that this window should have lasted much longer. I would not ever do business with Dyer Glass - they do not stand behind their product.
Dyer Glass does not carry a warranty. The manufacturer of the window carries a 10 year warranty. Then it stops. The customer can buy an extended warranty if they like.
