The process took nearly 2 years to complete and ended with the purchase of a Subaru Outback from Dyer Subaru on 3/4/16. Although it's a 126 mile round trip to Vero Beach, I fully appreciate the importance of the dealer to a successful experience. The staff is respectful, professional, courteous, patient, and knowledgeable. While others gave up on me or became frustrated with my questions and requests, the [redacted] staff sought every opportunity to build a relationship based on trust. I have purchased 16 vehicles over the 52 years that I have been driving and have had extensive business relationships with 9 New Jersey auto dealers. That experience enables me to recognize a good auto dealer. Dyer is one of the best!

I bought a used Subaru Outback from Dyer Subaru. There was a mistake made and I had to take it back. Chad B. and the staff at Dyer couldn't have been more professional and helpful in solving my problem. I would certainly go back to them again.

I would NOT buy a car from any DYER MAZDA dealership. I have dealt with the owner [redacted] personally and he will do nothing if you have an issue with your car. He will take your money and run when you buy the car. He tried to defraud me out of my warranty by not logging the correct mileage when going in for an oil change. Then he used that info against me when I had a front end issue with my car on my next oil and rotation.Even after showing him specific evidence. Once that happened he then emailed me a doc which may have corrected the issue. Then he had the nerve to ask me to remove my reviews from Dealrater.. Well that's not going to happen. He does however have the opportunity to make up for what he did in regards to how
I was treated with a lack of customer service and proper business ethics.
