That is a complete fabrication, John D [redacted] business was not only provided the model of my awning but sold me the awning the year prior No one should have known more about the awning than MrDyer's business

The customer can return the items for a complete refund, she is responsible for the return shipping costsThe customer refused to supply *** with her awning model number*** informed her at the time of purchase that in order for us to be certain of the correct parts we would need that
