A check in the amount of $235.00 is being mailed out today, March 13, 2017 to the complainant.

The Regional Manager for this property has reached out to the Tenant at our Property that filed this complaint.  She is happy that we are actively working on a solution.  We have ordered a Pest Control contractor to inspect the unit and confirm if there is any ongoing problems that need to...

be rectified.  We have also given the tenant a rent credit to accommodate her for the unfortunate situation she has faced with pest at her unit.  We have taken steps to assure in the future that any inquiring of this nature is treated as an Emergency.  It indeed is something that can be addressed quickly and a third party is available to deal with this type of situation.  We would not handle this in the same manner in the future.  We appreciate that the tenant reached out to the Revdex.com so we could resolve this concern with her.If there are any further action that needs to be taken.  I am confident that myself, as the CFO or the Regional Manager will quickly act and respond. Regards, Sharon D[redacted]

8/14/2015I am not lowering myself to her ignorant level. I have told the truth. If she wanted to refuse our offer of a new timer, her problem. We have been in business for 40 years and we are licensed. Anymore of this badgering I will turn it over to my attorney to sue her for liable, Do not send me any more ignorant correspondence from her! Kathy Dye

RE: [redacted]
First time we dealt with [redacted] was on 5/7/15. She was having trouble with her refrigerator and dryer vent. She never paid us for going out and chose not to repair. She then had her refrigerator up for sale...

for $25. Then 6/18/1S she had us come out to check out the dryer after they had brought us many parts to check out and they all checked good. The dryer would not heat. We determined at that time the motor was dead and we tried to find a used motor but we did not. So we gave a price of a new motor and labor of $150. She was advised that in some cases when the motor is bad the timer (not timing change as she calls it) has went bad and burned the motor. So when the new motor came in we went back out to install. At that time we then was able to determine that the timer and relay was the cause of the motor to burn up. My serviceman at that time took the timer to see if we had a used timer or rebuild theirs and to get a used relay. When we went back out again we had rebuilt the timer and had a used relay. Upon installing the rebuild timer one of the leads was not on tight enough and that caused a power surge to the timer. Now granted she never paid the first time around, nor was there anything paid for service call the second time around, but she paid $125 for the motor and $25 labor, we were not going to charge her for the relay and rebuilding the timer. So when that happened to the timer we offered to buy an new timer and install at no charge. Well even though my service man never seen her she keeps saying he told her  is and that. But he only dealt with two different males. So anyway, I ordered the new timer in as I said I would and I called to set up a time to install and they have never returned my call. that is the only thing we will do for her. If she takes it back to where she bought it we will not pay nothing and I'm sorry people tell her wrong things about repairs and I think she should stick to her medical field. We have been in business for 40 years now and have a very reputable business.
Thank you,
Katherine Dye

Re [redacted]
To Whom it may concern:  [redacted] purchased a portable dishwasher for only $150 including tax, delivery and 90 warranty...

over the ohone on 7/27/16. She began with a $25 deposit and later the rest and then we delivered. Our policy, for over 41 years, is that we come to the customers home to repair problems if they occurr. This was all explained during the several lengthy phone conversations. I also explained during the conversations that she needed a faucet adaptor to be able to connect the dishwasher hoses. Not too many places carry those adaptors, I have to special order them in. They run $30 and if you don't use one the water will leak all over the floor. I know she had no idea of what I was talking about but I explained when she had the money for one we would stop out and install it for her.
Well after she received it she noticed a piece of debris in the bottom. 1 apologized and recommended to remove it and throw it away. It was a used dishwasher, She then began calling, 36 times according to my caller Id, saying she tried it and it leaked. 1 asked if she changed the aerator and she said yes, But yet she don't know what one is. She just screamed and hollered kept calling me a sir. I repeatedly explained that I wasn't a sir and wanted to schedule a service call. 50 then she proceeded to screamed obscenities that I was lying to her that I was a man and on and on. I finally told her I would call back to schedule and appointment when she was rational. I then hung up and didn't answer the rest of the calls phone right after another.
A couple days later caught her in a better mood and she scheduled an appointment. Then I seen she put a big message on facebook telling her lies. Then later she called back to reschedule, she was having difficulty deciding on a time she said because she was driving. So I said well it sure didn't effect your typing in that stupid message on facebook.
Whoa, she blew up again and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about. She then refused to make an appointment and began yelling her obscenities again. I hung up and again she kept calling leaving nasty messages.
The only settlement is as I said in the beginning, I have a service man to come out and check it out
Also, If the dishwasher was leaking it would have leaked at our shop. We ran all of our coffee cups through and there were no leaks.
I've has a reputable business for over 41 years. On occasion we have run into people like that you just can't please. I have sold over a million appliances throughout the years and have thousands of happy customers.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
