We do understand the frustration with this situation, there were oversites made by members of our team that have since been correctedIn this particular situation we have made many documented attempts to contact *** *** ** *** to collect the fees due to usAfter many unsuccessful
attempts to collect from multiple contacts at *** we did begin to reach back out to the homeowner. We do understand how contacting this customer could have become frustrating and have amended our practices accordingly when working with third party contractors such as ***. In attempts to resolve this situation for all parties involved, we will have voided this invoice and taking a complete loss on the charges and fees accrued as we were unable to collect our expenses from the customer or ***

response In a sincere effort to reach out to [redacted] andcomply with the Austin Revdex.com rules and regulations, thefollowing Dyezz response letter is offered: Regarding [redacted]’s complaint, Mr. [redacted] sent heran email response less than 12 hours after she had lodged her complaint viaemail to his office – [redacted] responded on Monday, November 17, 2014 at 9:26p.m.  In this initial email, he informed[redacted] that he would “look into this first thing in the morning”, which hein fact did.   [redacted]’ actions included meeting with the installationtechnician who was assigned to and performed the installation project, on thatMonday, November 17, 2014, in order to determine how the installation wasperformed.  [redacted] did in factdetermine that the technician did not perform the installation of the products top[redacted] standards, as he should have or as required by the project’sspecifications.   As a result, [redacted] counseled the employee regardingthe installation deficiencies and reiterated the p[redacted] methodology. Consequently, [redacted] sent [redacted] a follow-up emailon Thursday, November 20, 2014 asking her if she would be willing to meet withhim so that he could further evaluate the work performed as well as reassureher that he would rectify any job-related deficiencies at no cost. [redacted] met with Mr. and [redacted] with both of themproviding [redacted] with an excellent summary of their initial concerns as wellas their perspective of the Installation employee. Consequently, [redacted] conducted a series of trainingsessions with the company’s Installation, Information Technology, and Sales’employees to ensure performance improvement and quality control purposes.   Most importantly for all concerned, they have decided toremain our customers.  Thank you so muchfor the opportunity you provided us concerning the [redacted] family’s concerns;these efforts have made us appreciate and be more sensitive to our customers’needs.

We are pleased that after discussion with the customer directly,we were able to resolve all issues and the servicing is proceeding asoriginally planned.

This customer was asking for us to provide him with our
installer code which is not unit specific and would have given him or whomever
he provided it to access to reset any of our customers security systems.
Releasing this information would have been both illegal and unethical. This customer had...

already made the choice to switch security
providers though we offered resolutions in the form of reducing upgrade and
monitoring costs. He has cancelled his services with Dyezz Surveillance as of
Friday December 4th, 2015.

The job mentioned in this complaint has been completed many times over since the original agreement was approved by this customer. We had originally completed the install only to have the customer decide after the fact that they wanted to add cameras, relocate cameras and change cameras time and...

time again. We have had over 6 technicians working on this job at any given point costing us labor and supplies each time. We had made these attempts at no charge to satisfy the customer over the course of more then a year before this complaint was made.
