Review: Customer service issues. No response after numerous calls inquiring about my case.

Service issues. Paid a retainer fee for Mr. Ralph E. Main, Jr's services to handle my family property issues.Desired Settlement: I would like Mr. Ralph E. [redacted] to contact me and to finish the job he was hired to do. If he's unable to do that, I'd like him to let me know that as well, with a refund of my retainer fee. We contacted him in good faith to help resolve my family property issues in the [redacted] District of [redacted] County, Virginia.
