Dyke Industries, Inc.

Complaint4 Dyke Industries doors were installed on my home in July 2013. The doors started delaminating in late 2013. Dyke Industries will not replace doorsA Garner area painting contractor found door decay in my patio doors when painting my house. The painting contractor assisted in buying 4 new Dyke Industries doors through [redacted] and arranged for a carpenter to replace the doors. After 6 months, the doors started to delaminate. Neither Dyke Industries or Stock have been willing to replace the doors or provide a refund. Dyke informs me the doors they provided me are not good for my application. The offered to give me two new doors but I would have to pay for the two other doors plus pay for installation and painting. I refused this offer.Desired SettlementAn acceptable settlement would be full door replacement or a full refund.
