I switched my phone service to DYL in an attempt to reduce my business expensesBad mistakethe people are courteous and professional, but the quality and reliability of DYL\'s VoIP service is poorIf your business depends on the telephone service, I suggest working with another providerThe irony is I\'m told my phone service was down because they are making changes to improve the service!

I own a few different insurance agencies and was told that DYL phone system could help streamline different parts of my businessWe decided to move forward based on the sales pitch- prior to the day we were to port our numbers over we called to ask them not to due to some issues that had already happened at of our locations with DYLThey went ahead two days later and ported the phones anywaysSo we had two agencies without phonesIt caused major not minor disruption and customer service for DYL was no where to be foundSince we have never had phones with them and all of these issues I called to get a refund and they refusedSo they sold us something that they don't have which is a working phones system an now refuse to refund us $Its a jokeAs soon as we had the issue prior to being on their system we notified them of this issue and asked to stopWe requested a refund and they refused then proceeded to port our phone numbers over even though we asked them not tooWhat happened to the day right of rescission??? What happened to paying for something and getting what you were promised? I am in the process of calculating the damages we incurred due to DYL phone systems and will involve my attorney if neededThis company s a joke and locks you into a year contract and makes things so difficult that you have no choiceI strongly advise anyone from using them and will take this as high up as it needs to go! There is no way they are a B ratingHorrible company

I bought a business plan with them but send it back because my office was not technology ready (wired) for VoipI talked to my very efficient sales person Nick W*** and was instructed to send the phones to get my refund$1200+I sent the phones on October and was told by Nick that the refund was processed and will be done in 5-daystime went by, way too many calls, e-mails and voice mails and never got a return call or refundI than start calling the owner Matt V*** with same resultsFinally, after so many attempts, I called CS and after being told that neither Nick or Matt were available, I will get my refund within daysI will update if that happensSuch a shame as I love their phone system and was going to get it once moved into my new office

Bad mistake. the people are courteous and professional, but the quality and reliability of DYL\'s VoIP service is poor. If your business depends on the telephone service, I suggest working with another provider. The irony is I\'m told my phone service was down because they are making changes to improve the service!

Since switching to DYL I have had nothing but a positive experience. Their customer service staff is quick to reply and very knowledgeable. They are always asking for customer feedback and then are quick to implement new ideas and features.

I can't wait to see what they come up with next.
