Garage entrance issue, staff not helpful, was told room was ADA compliant - it wasn't Made a reservation at this hotel on 2/ We checked in at 5pm My husband and both called on separate occasions to make sure that our room would be suitable for us since my husband is in a wheelchair We were both told the room would be suitableWhen we checked in we also asked if the room was wheelchair suitable and they said yesWhen we arrived the bathroom was not suitable There were no hand rails near the toilet nor in the showerWe were told we had a roll in shower, the shower had a 4inch lip on it We called the front desk and was told the manager would call us We waited about 45minutes By the time he called it was almost 6pm He told us he could try to find a room but it would take over an hour to do that and he did not know if he would find a better room At this point we were looking at sitting in a room and couldn't unpack or relax until at least after 7pm or later We c

I received a credit card bill for a charge of for the Westin Dallas Park Central hotel I have never stayed at this hotel I have never made a reservation at this hotelI have not used this credit card in years and I am the only person with access to this credit cardI was very alarmed so I called and spoke with Amanda Amanda said that the person who booked the hotel online never showed up and that is was probably because they would have to show the card and i.din order to get their room She said she would credit my card and send me an email confirmationThis never happened I have called over times asking to speak to a manager Each time, I was told that managers were busy but would call me back Of course that never happened This is the poorest form of service I have ever experienced
