On at least occasions this business told us a check would be sent. On December 5th we were told that a money order had been sent the day before. We did confirm that they had our correct address. As of this date January 16, we have received NOTHING from this business. I find it very hard to believe that three pieces of mail from one business sent to the same location could be lost! This business needs to refund their overcharge either via a refund to our credit card, or a check sent by traceable courier
