This following is a response to the compliant made by *** *** on 04/05/2016. I have reviewed all information that the agency has from Mr*** as well as meeting with the sales producer that Mr*** spoke to when the information was exchanged.Everything that was discussed with the
producer was under the agreement that Mr*** was wanting to make a change and do business the Williams & Rankin Agency and that these changes would take place on 04/01/2016.I understand through the compliant that there was a misunderstand between the producer and Mr***Regarding the banking information: All producers with the Williams & Rnakin Agency only collect banking information upon the agreement to conduct business through the agencyThe customer themselves must knowing hand over this informationIf the customer did not want to do business with Allstate and the Williams & Rankin Agency, they should not have discussed payment information with the sales producer.Regarding the credit check: After any quote is done through Allstate, the company mails a letter to the prospects home informing them that Allstate did run consumer reports and to inform the customer that there was no formal credit check performed on themThe credit check that is done is a soft hit, and in no way makes impact on the customers credit score, or historyThe other reports ran on the customer are simply and insurance history report, and a motor vehicle report.After reading the company, the Williams & Rankin Agency will contact the customer and clear up all misunderstandingsThe policy has been terminated for the inception date of 04/01/and a full refund will be sent back to the customer within the next few business days.Everything that was been statement in this response will also be discussed with the agency.The Williams & Rankin Agency takes these concerns very seriously and will continue to do soOur reputation with the Revdex.com and as a company is something we take pride in and desire to maintain.The agency would like to thank the Revdex.com for their assistance with this concern.Mr*** will be contacted as soon as possibleIf there is any other steps the agency need to complete to help resolve the issues pleaselet us know.
