Redstone takes out car insurance and adds the cost to your car loan even after you provided proof of insurance during the loan application process I refinanced two separate vehicles at redstone within a week of each other (one on Sept 30, one on Oct 2)During the application process copies of each vehicles insurance was provided, and on one of the occasions, the employee even called the insurance agent and talked to them directlyAll paperwork was signed and several weeks later the balances changed banksFour months later, on January 19,after several payments (both accounts are paid months in advance of their due date - thru May in January), both accounts have CPI insurance added to themThe older vehicle (2011) gets $added to the loan, the newer vehicle (2015) get $added to itUpon inquiry (same employee who worked the loan), I am told this is not a proof of insurance issue, but a lien issue with the insurance companyupon my second visit which was to the main b

I paid my Car Payment April 2016, upon making my Car Payment the cashier informed that no other interest was needed to be paidAfter applying a loan A home loan I found out the Redstone sent me a 3O day late noticeI then met with a representative in May to The lady informed that this fee would be waived and that they were going to contact the Credit Bureau which was totally falseSo with a DOLLAR LATE feeRedstone has affected me now for yearsI then spoke to the VP who has not taken no actions to speak with the representative who in turn told me they are not to change my report

Added to my auto loan I purchased a truck back on the 21st of October using Redstone as the financierUpon checking my balance on the 28th of the February it was discovered they added to my loan saying they never received proof of insuranceThey never attempted to contact me by phone or email before doing this nor did I receive any lettersThis is a horrible way to do business and treat your customers nor will I ever be recommending this company to any one

Withdrew money from my account without my consent to cover someone else's negative balance Got a notice on my phone 10/23/that I had a low balance, which I knew was impossible because I had made some deposits and I major purchasesLow and behold, my account was emptiedI became distressed, thinking my identity had been stolenA customer service rep told me not to worry, because if I didn't authorize the transaction, I would get my money back, period Well when the bank looked into it further, turns out my money was stolen, but by the bankTurns out a relative of mine, who was linked to my account was in the negativeApparently since her account was in the negative for days, the bank closed her account and emptied mine to make up for the losswithout informing me at allAnd the tune changed to "well, sorry about your money." But what the kicker is here is NO ONE talked to me AT ALLMy relative had to do all the calling to figure out what was going onRFCU never sent

Demand for email address with no choice to refuse I have a credit card with RFCUOn 4/22/17, I went on line to look at some charges to the cardThe web site demanded that I enter an email address and I could not refuseI am unable to access my credit card informationI DO NOT want the RFCU credit card branch to contact me via emailI can be contacted via the US Post office or by phoneI DO NOT want to receive electronic credit card statementsI want RFCU to STOP demanding an email address, when I wish to access my credit card account on lineThere is no benefit to ME, for RFCU to send me electronic statements and communicate via emailInternet access is an optionIf RFCU wishes to communicate with me via the Internet, then RFCU can pay my internet fees
