Dymond Divas Hair

I purchased three bundles of hair and a frontal and I did not receive three merchandise. I called and texted to try and contact her but she wouldn't answer nor did she respond to the texts. She then changed her number and I finally spoke with her, and she told me that she returned my money, but she didn't. She was supposed to send screen shots of the returned funds but did not send anything. I continued to try to contact her and she sends me to voicemail and possibly blocked my number.

Do not trust that this merchant will conduct transactions with integrity. I had been talking to this young lady on Face Book and even shared her posts. When I was finally able to make a purchase I did so with the understanding that I would receive quality merchandise, I did not! I never received a confirmation email after my purchase, never received any tracking information, was unable to contact this person from the phone number listed on the website. I sent her messages through Facebook Messenger and she did not respond when she was responding previously with no problem. I am in the process of disputing this with my bank in order to get a refund. I have learned my lesson about doing research before a purchase! DO NOT BUY FROM DYMOND DIVAS HAIR!

Do not buy!! She is unprofessional, lies about shipping, still haven’t received my money back from the bundles I bought, most horrible experience ever from a vendor!!

I ordered and purchased hair from this business on 6/13/18 with the guarantee that my purchase would be delivered by 6/20/18. The owner *** told me that she could express ship the hair. I paid in full via cash app (first mistake) under her boyfriends name. By Saturday I had not received a tracking number, comfirmation, nothing. I texted her Saturday and she said she would have a tracking number for me by that night, no tracking provided by that night nor the next day after repeated text messages. Finally Monday after sending her a text again, she gave me a bogus tracking number and said please allow time for tracking. The next morning I had USPS track the number and they saw where no label has been created and the package didn’t exist. I texted her then and told her what the post office said, she then back tracked her story saying she was going to express ship it tonight but shipping is backed up. She never shipped anything and took my money ASAP. I have no product nor do I have reimbursement. Do not order from this company. $155 lesson learned the hard way.

On April 24, 2018, Myself and a Family member placed an order with Dymond Divas Hair. I was informed by ***. That my order would be shipped on the 25 and the other order on that Friday. After two weeks and still no product. I texted and call *** and didn’t get any answer. A couple of days later she informed me that my hair wasn’t in stock so she didn’t send it off. The vendor didn’t reach out to let me know this. At this time I explained to her that this was ordered for my Birthday and I have already made an appointment to get the hair installed. She told me that she would mail my order out on May 14 or 15. I texted her to see if she could send me the tracking number and didn’t get a response at all that day. The next day I texted her and said if she didn’t have a tracking number, I would like my money back. During this process, I loss money due to having to buy to cancel my appointment. Had to find something to do with my hair for my Birthday Party. This vendor didn’t feel bad at all about this. When she finally texted back about my refund she never apologize for her company's fault and bad communication. I will not recommend this company to anyone. That's for messing up my Birthday when I ordered 3 weeks behind.
