Purchased a Boys 16" Hot Wheels Bike. There were 2 broken parts found in the shipping box. Have filled on-line complaints but have not received any response from this company. The first date I tried to contact Dynacraft was May 7, 2020. I have sent an
e-mail each week for the last 6 weeks, however, the company has not contacted me. Is this company still in business?

I’ve emailed and had two claims sent. I purchased a $300 princess carriage and the battery is bad. They even told that there was a problem. I sent proper paperwork and still haven’t received any info. This problem has been going on for two months.h

I purchased a battery-powered ride-on toy from this company at a local Walmart for my four-year-old son's birthday.

The roof assembly came apart on the first day of use. In addition, we found the battery charger for the toy was broke.

I called the company immediately per the instructions in the box and a recording told me that due to COVID-19 I would have to contact them through email.

I emailed their customer service department and finally received a response on May 15, 2020 from a customer service representative named *** asking for more information. I replied on May 15, 2020, explaining the situation. By May 18, 2020, I still had not received a response therefore I emailed them again explaining my situation. As of today June 3, 2020, I still have not received any further correspondence from them. Long story short I have a battery-powered ride-on toy from this company which cost me $400 and my son has only been able to ride it one time.

In Feb. of this year I opened a case for my sons bike because the shaft broke after only 5
months of having it.I kept contacting them and finally in april I received a set of pedals then in may I received the crank now I figured the shaft would be there with it but no they said that I had gotten my parts and if I wanted more I had to open another case, The original pics I sent them had the shaft clearly showing it was broken. There is no way I can attach the crank to a broken shaft. So I dont understand why they cant just give me the part that clearly failed and broke on him and be done with it.This is all I want is to have this fixed and be done with it. If they cant or wont fix it I want a full refund please. I would like a replacement if possible.
