Review: Called dynaire to come out to service the ac unit. [redacted] came out and performed maintenance and also blew out drain. The next evening I noticed water stains on my ceiling below where the unit is in the attic. I called dynaire on Saturday morning to come back out, and they wouldn't return unless I paid $400 for an emergency visit. By this time, my ceiling had water stains all over it. The man on the phone advised me to turn off the system until someone else could come out. I turned it off and went up to the attic to see where the water was coming from. In the attic, I found a broken PVC pipe next to the unit, easily seen by anyone. The worker was neglectful in his job that he was hired to do, and that neglect caused damage to my home.Desired Settlement: I want dynaire to fix my ceiling. I JUST painted my living room and my ceiling is destroyed.
