Review: My wedding in July 2013 was videotaped by HD Pro Services. I never received the video. I was promised a full refund. Despite many emails on my part, I have only some replies from [redacted] who, supposedly, is in charge of handling the situation. The company failed to give me the video, I was told I am to get a refund. I have not received the refund. Here are snippets of each email [redacted] sent me telling me the progress of putting the video on DVD and then about a refund:

08/07/13

Your video is being uploaded and published to DVD, which should take 1-2 weeks.

09/06/13

The footage is ready; we're publishing the DVDs and should have them for you shortly.

10/07/13

I've blocked out some time today and tomorrow to personally sit down with Lasha (the videographer) and get your footage completely downloaded to DVD

In early October, I was finally able to have a conference with [redacted] (who is in charge of uploading and sending your footage) in which he assured me he could get the footage published onto DVD and sent for engraving that week.

[…][redacted] informed me that after uploading the footage to his hard drive (so he could publish it to a master DVD), his Mac died. [redacted] had a technician look at his computer and told him the hard drive was intact and could be extracted. He'd have to send it to Apple's repair center in California or find someone local to perform the extraction, and was looking at options. The only problem is that this process will take time, and I want to do more research and see how quickly we can get this resolved.

Should this process take exceedingly long or end up unsuccessful in retrieving the footage, the video portion of your package total will be refunded in its entirety

Review: To Whom It May Concern,I would like to file a complaint against the videographer company named, HD Pro Studios. HD Pro Studios is a brand of the larger organization called Dynama Group, LLC. I am filing this complaint because I paid in full so HD Pro Studios would film my wedding and provide me with a raw footage video and then an edited video. While two videographers attended and filmed the wedding, they have not, to date, provided me with any video whatsoever, not even the raw footage of all that was filmed. Our wedding was filmed on August 9, 2013. It has been over five months since our wedding, and we have not received a response from the HD Pro Studios since November 30, 2013.We did not receive a response to this letter despite the fact that we emailed it to everyone at the company that we had contact with since the date we first started interacting with them. Specifically, we communicated with [redacted], Event Specialist. His contact information is (866) 483-6410 and [email protected]. We also communicated with Nicholas DAmbrosio, Operations Manager.
