I am rejecting this response because:My intension when I signed up for service was to have a year contract onlyI explained that to the Dynamark representative in no uncertain terms at the time of signingI was never informed there was an automatic renewal after the years was upI was never given the opportunity to read through the multi page contract prior to signing because I was pressured by the salesman to sign immediatelyI would have made other arrangement had I known about the automatic renewalI feel I was deceived and intentionally not informed because the Dynamark representative new I would not have signed if I had known in advance about the automatic renewal

Customer wanted to cancel monitoring services but has 5months remaining on contractHe came in to office and was rude to employeesand myself when it was explained to him that there was months remaining whichcomes to $The original term of the contract was years which wascompleted then

Patriot has spoke to Ms. [redacted] regarding this complaint. As of today's date, Ms. [redacted] agreed to pay Patriot $46 for services completed in 2015.

Client communicated with our office via email regarding the service performed. She confirmed in those emails the service she wanted which is the service we performed. The cost is $60 and we are not willing to settle for less at this time. Thank you.

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted].
 [redacted]'s reasoning for payment does not satisfy. These are the facts: [redacted]'s company mailings are solicitations for services and do not consitute a contract. I never signed a contract with their business, and pre-paid in full for ONE YEAR ONLY of service, which they provided in 2016.  Her solicitation of service mailings over the winter, along with several other vendors, are not a contractually binding agreement of any kind between a customer who has paid for previous services rendered.  I never requested automatic renewal of services, and will not pay for services I did not request or approve. Automatic renewal of services must be by the customer, not the vendor. Solicitations and obligatory cancellations are not binding. Her company representative knowingly applied product to a lawn that was already serviced, and had signs clearly indicating so. Her company never called my cell phone. The only call logged in my phone from May 16th came from out of state from someone else. On the date of disputed service her company representative spoke to my neighbor, who clearly stated I had already had my lawn serviced by another company. [redacted]
