corrections to align with the Health Department's mandates concerning Inspection Ports to be installed on all residential properties with septic systems.
We realize the frustration and the expenses you incurred as a result of the above mentioned omission and have generated a reimbursement in the amount of $648.85 for expenses incurred to satisfy the Health Departments mandates.
