*** This company does not deliver their parcels (sometimes ever), and certainly not by the "guaranteed" datesI have left messages for the "supervisor" she doesn't return callsI have waited on hold for minutes at a time, to be disconnected by a customer service member after I ask for a supervisorNobody using their social media accounts is helpful at all, they read their messages and choose not to reply*** I can't understand why a company so focused on customer service such as ***, would choose to ship with this company

*** I expected two packages from *** today I've been using *** for years, for literally hundreds of packages without issue I've consistently recieved parcels from ***, ***, CanadaPost and *** over the years without issue First time Dynamex was to deliver my parcels
Someone was home all dayNo attempt to ring door, knock on door, etc I have video cameras on the front of my home recording from all angles, as well as the Ring Doorbell (recently the company was purchased by *** actually) which records all motion and rings at my door
I checked online with *** at approximately 18:hrs and my parcel showed delivered at 15:hrs, received by someone named "***." This is not me, and noone at our homeI don't know anyone by that first or last name, and checked with the neighbours on either side of us, and across the street with negative resultsNo one received a parcel by mistake
As my video showed there was not even an attempt to deliver, I contacted Dynamex's local office located at *** *** in Winnipeg The woman I spoke to on the phone, aside from seeming completely disinterested, put me on hold, then came back awhile later and stated that she could not get in contact with the driver and could provide no further information I explained to her that I ran the tracking number from the *** site and it showed that their driver had delivered it, but I had not received it She stated that I was wrong, that the date and time shown is when it arrived in their facility Having worked in that industry years ago, for over a decade (in fact, in the exact location she was currently in) I explained to her that an arrival scan is when the parcel arrived in their facility, out for delivery is when the driver puts it on their truck, and delivered, is when the customer has received their delivery She attempted to BS me about how their tracking system worked, but once I explained to her the process, she had nothing else to say I had to ask her to look into it, and to call me back, which she stated she would They are closed now, so I assume she had no intention of contacting me this date
I then contacted *** customer service An excellent CS person answered and listened to my issueShe attempted to contact Dynamex herself, and after attempting to get through to their phone for about minutes, she advised me that she was unsuccessful at this point She assured me that we could replace the items/refund them (for items that are sold through 3rd parties *** refunds, and you have to reorder), but that it would take hours or so This is no issue, and Dynamex can learn a thing or two about customer service from ***

UPDATE: Called Dynamex the next day They still hadn't talked to the driver or looked into itAdvised they could contact me back, but hadn't
UPDATE 2: Day now, still no contact by Dynamex, no email, no phone call, no help
