On December 8, 2015 [redacted] purchased a [redacted] from New Millennium Auto Sales. Before purchase Mr. [redacted] wanted a few repairs before buying the vehicle. There was a "we owe" that Mr. [redacted] signed so that the work would be completed. It was to be run through the shop and have...

the fenders painted. New Millennium Auto Sales does not paint vehicles so the [redacted] was sent to [redacted] where they did the best in repairing the rust spots. The customer was informed prior to and upon receiving the vehicle back that the rust would not simply go away being a 2000 vehicle but would slow down the process and make the vehicle look better. New Millennium also had the vehicle in their repair facility. The Jeep had the following check in, oil change, front brake, front rotors, rear main seal was leaking and that seal was replaced and a air filter. Mr. [redacted] has called the dealership several times after purchase. He did speak with Tim H[redacted]. Mr [redacted] informed Mr. H[redacted] that he was satisfied with all that New Millennium Auto Sales had promised him.  Ami S[redacted] has also spoke with the customer. Mr. [redacted] informed her he was satisfied with repairs and was planning on fixing things on the Jeep that it was a project he wanted to do. On March 18 Mr. [redacted] also called to the dealership. Informed my salesman that the rust and rear seal were not completed. My salesman informed him all repairs were completed on the vehicle. He asked to speak with the owner who was not in at the time. Mr. [redacted] the proceeded to call back 5 times within 30 minutes. If transmission went out as well New Millennium was not informed of that problem. We tried to help and offered the best price for any future repairs for our customers. This vehicle was sold "AS IS". Attached is all paperwork supporting repairs and original documents from time of purchase.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 12788370, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Please see the attached.  Unless New Millennium knew prior to me finding out, I took the car as suggested by Ami, office manager when she spoke to my wife personally myself to an auto part store and they gave me the codes and I called back to New Millennium and gave them the code.  That is why I could  provide the codes to you.   I am very concerned that I my be dealing with a lemon and want to be sure that this is not the case and that as a consumer I will be protected.  1.  If I am bringing back the car for the same thing more than once, did they never put it on their machine. You could also definitely smell the fluid  2. I am concerned that if it has been a problem with the first transmission not fitting and they ordered another one and they are still working on the second one going on 2 weeks later that there is some major going on.
Regards,
[redacted]
