Dynamic Asset Recovery & Towing

On Friday night, going into Saturday January 3rd, 2020 & January 4th, 2020 Dynamic Asset Recovery & Towing had showed up to my private party to repossess a vehicle. My list of complaints and concerns are as follows:
1) The company did not state who they were or who they were with, nor did they even look at the VIN number on the vehicle.
2) There was MULTIPLE people, people who even drove seperate vehicles.
3) There was 2 older men, and 2 women.
4) The men were aggressive, they made threats to my boyfriend & I. They trespassed on private property. The driver of the tow truck threated me & my boyfriend, and charged at my boyfriend. ( I HAVE MORE THAN ONE WITNESS & NEIGHBORS HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS OUTSIDE).
5) The female who apparently was in charge told me I could start to clear my belongings out due to not being aware the car was on repo list. ( I TALKED TO CREDITOR AND THEY TOLD ME IT WAS NOT ON REPO LIST).
6) While I'm trying to clean out my belongings ( Car seat, personal items in glovebox & center compartment, Clothing, Baby items in trunk, MONEY, Debit cards, Driver License, Mail, CREDIT ACCEPTANCE CONTRACT, & Lanyards and dog tags off my review mirror) mind you she told me less than a minute prior I could.. as I'm trying to do this the Tow Truck Driver started to move the truck AS IM HANGING IN IT ONE FOOT OUT AND MY KNEE ON PASSANGER SEAT. HE SAID THATS IT IM DONE and sped off while I was in the vehicle, almost taking out my neighbors back end to his truck, and the person across the street post in their yard. My arm & hand already has nerve damage and metal in it, my arm got caught when he took off I had to rip the items off them mirror to save myself and the few things I had in my hand. The woman gave me her card told me I could come the next day for rest of items. Not only did she lie, she hangs up on my phone calls, she threatens me. I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CAR
7) The one male leaned in the car with me and grabbed at things I went for.
