Great company to useI originally had my windshield scheduled with safelite, but it would be a week out before they could do my replacementI gave Dynamic Auto Glass a call this morning and they were able to come out the same day to replaceGreat installer, service, on timeWould recommend againThanks for all the help!!

I am responding the complaint #*** *** *** ***; I emailed and spoke to *** on several occasions in regards to her Security Deposit
transmittalAs she stated, we did discuss her moving out a couple a days earlier than 3/31/and she was credited back the rent for those days. I was contacted later by our Accountant that ***'s payment of $was doubled keyed (on 2/26/& again on 3/3/15) and needed to be reversedHer Statement of Deposit was then revised; so the $less charges of $and $equals $which is the amount of the check that was mailed to herI explained that to her and did not say to her that it was a miscellaneous chargeI have always extended nothing but professionalism, respect, and courtesy to *** and her family. It is unfortunate that this arose after she moved out but, she has not contacted me since 4/13/and I kept all her emails as well and I have never received a text message from her at allSince be made aware of her complaint I reached out to her to see if she was indeed in received her check and awaiting her responseSincerely,

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The install was done poorly and sloppyNot only did they scratch my car, the windshield would not stop leakingAfter being called out to correct the issue a 3rd time the owner of the company flipped outHe cursed up a storm, dropped F-Bombs left and right and was beyond rudeThe owner was very aggressive and unprofessionalI would rather look up a youtube video and replace it myself before calling this sloppy, unprofessional and horrible company againI'm sure the owner will be on here to comment back and I already know what he is going to say since he kept trying to cover up lies and sloppy work since this all startedBest of luck to you Dynamic Auto Glass, you will need it

I scheduled with Dynamic to get my windshield replacedThey came and replaced the windshield but the following morning my windshield was leaking water from the top and dripping all over my radioCalled them again and the owner came out to "fix it" or should I say cake glue onI trusted his work and once again the leak kept happeningCalled them again and the owner came out with attitude and started using vulgar languageHe carried himself REALLY unprofessional and started insultingHe tried to tell me there were no leaks, but I clearly showed him where they wereHe continued to cake on the glue and now I have to get it fixed elsewhereI HIGHLY recommend using someone else! I have never had an issue with windshield replacements until this company

Great glass experience. My insurance company referred them to me since they are a preferred vendor. They came to my house. Nice tech and very knowledgeable about my vehicle. Told my friend about them.

I was approached at my home in Tempe by a salesperson (Daniel R[redacted] door knocking for Dynamic Auto Glass to replace my windshield. When the installers came to replace the windshield they damage the alarm system by cutting through the alarm antenna wires. (9/23/15) After the install, the installation technicians called back to let me know they cut the antenna. The extent of the damage was not notice until the alarm went off and I could not use the remote to turn off the alarm. When I attempted to call the company to see what they could do the owner stated that it was the responsibility of the install technicians because they were 1099 employees. I admit I should have contacted the owner immediately but the fact that the company does not show any intentions to correct the damage caused by the installer because they are 1099 employees should deter anyone from dealing with this business unless they are W-2 employees that can be held accountable. I learned my lesson from this by no longer dealing with a company that is NOT Revdex.com accredited and has insurance. I will also be reporting this company to my [redacted]) since they are a preferred dealer with the company.

DO NOT go to Dynamic Auto Glass. [redacted], the owner, is the rudest person I have come into contact with in a long time. Your windshield will be fixed or replaced, but as soon as there's a problem, he (the owner) gets defensive, throws all policies out the window (when I have them printed out and highlighted right in front of me), talks over his clients, insults his clients, throws his 30 day policy around (which WASN'T made clear at the time of install nor is it anywhere in the contract/warranty I was given), accuses his clients of trying to cut prices or "rip him off" (when cost wasn't even brought up), and refuses to fix any errors without additional costs. If you want to feel belittled and insulted, he is the guy for you. He kept interrupting and wouldn't let me talk and when I did he either said he didn't care, I was wrong(or the people I got my information from were wrong, which by the way, was law enforcement who gave me the copy of the policy about your VIN on the dashboard of your car), or refused to listen. WORST customer service EVER. He even got loud and defensive with my husband when he tried to talk to him and said (and I quote) "I don't care about repeat customers." Tamber Diefenbach? is the appointment setter for this company and she has been nothing but helpful and kind to me, as well as the installer that came to my house, this whole time. I am shocked by the way my husband and myself were treated. He automatically assumed that I was trying to get a free windshield replacement when I told him I was having a problem with the current one and it went way downhill from there.

This complaint is not factual. We properly installed the windshield for this customer and they signed the invoice that they were completely satisfied with the work. Weeks later, I receive a phone from a anger lady stating we cut her rubber piece on the top of cowl area, so I send the same technician...

back out to her home that every day on a warranty call. He was the same technician that installed the windshield for her... He advises her that rubber piece is a wear and tear part and It is not cut but rather melted and wore out by the sun exposure. Now a couple months later she files a complainant with the Revdex.com. After reading the complaint, I called her again and she states to me that if I do not fix her car she will keep this false report up... I stated to her several times that we have done nothing wrong to her car, but I would help her with it! I called Ford dealership and [redacted] they both stated this is a wear and tear part and that its a common problem on this vehicle. I still am willing to help her fix the rubber piece even though we have done nothing wrong. So its totally up to her now how we proceed going forward. I had a crack in my 2014 Honda Accord . I had it replaced the same day I scheduled replacement. Friendly service. Came to my home. Exellent install. Will share with everyone! Thank you

these guys came really early in the morning for me, they were engaging and they really just seem to know Cars!!

They gave me free tinting and my mechanic said they had the best glass!

totally free service they contacted my insurance company for me I was very pleased!

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
