Mr. [redacted] does not have a NY Driver's License he has a NY State ID, his sales representative explain to him that it wouldn't be a problem to register the vehicle which was his biggest concern being the fact that he does not have a Driver's License, and in the state of NY we are allowed to register vehicles on a State ID. In this email I'm also sending a copy of the bill of sale which was signed by [redacted] where it states that Deposits are non-refundable.
