Dynamic Auto LLC [redacted]
[redacted]                                         ... REF: [redacted] TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN. When the customer came into Dynamic Auto LLC he stated that the front end of the vehicle was making a strange noise. We checked the front end of the vehicle and listed the parts that were needed to subdue the noise. The customer also mentioned that the radiator cap was missing, so we put a new cap on accordingly and filled the coolant resivour with antifreeze coolant. This is a false complaint, We are only responsible for the work we have done on customers vehicle. Dynamic Auto LLC does not reimburses work that was performed by other garages. Dynamic Auto LLC stands behind its own work only.

Review: Car was brought into the shop to have maintenance that was suggested by the shop when we previously brought in the vehicle. Repairs took three days, when we consulted with another mechanic he stated that those repairs shouldn't have taken more than 4-5 hours. We were also told that we were overcharged for the repairs that were made. Upon paying for these repairs, we turn on the car and it is now not moving. We immediately brought the car and they said that the engine was misfiring. It has now been three days since the car has been back at the shop and they "still don't know what is wrong with the car". I was told that all that they have to do to figure out what is wrong with the engine is simply hook it up to the diagnostic machine and it will report exactly what is wrong with the car. This store is exercising dishonestly and trying to scam me into paying more than I should have to simply because I do not know anything anything about vehicles.Desired Settlement: I want my car returned fixed and would like to be reimbursed for the services that were unsatisfactory.

Response:

The customer brought their vehicle in to have repairs done. They brought their own parts with them for the vehicle. I estimated that the repairs would cost a total of $808.61. The customer agreed to the estimate and I began the repairs. After completion of the repairs, the customer was contacted to pick up their vehicle. After driving off with the vehicle, the customer called back and began to say that their vehicle is not surpassing 25 miles per hour. I told them to bring the vehicle back and we will further investigate the problem. Upon bringing back the vehicle, I was notified that the customer had sent a complaint into the Revdex.com. Because of this I sent the vehicle to the [redacted] dealership to be diagnosed even further at my own cost, which was $365. Once diagnosed, the [redacted] dealership came back with news that there were an ample amount of problems to occur in the motor performance wise that do not relate to the repairs that have been done. After receiving the vehicle back from the [redacted] dealership I contacted the customer to come down to the shop and pick up their vehicle with the diagnostic papers. I gave them a copy of the [redacted] dealers diagnostic papers and the customer left satisfied with the results.

Sincerely,

Review: I purchased a vehicle from Dynamic Auto LLC on approximately 11/18/2013. I did a thorough inspection of the vehicle with the owner and a mechanic which both stated the vehicle was in perfect working order. I filled out the paperwork for the sale and I was informed that there was a 30 day warranty on any malfunctions on the vehicle. He showed me on the paperwork where it said that. A couple of days later I attempted to register the vehicle. I was informed by the DMV that Dynamic Auto had provided me with an emissions paper from an exact model jeep, but not the same jeep. I was also informed that this was illegal due to the fact that paperwork was provided to DMV in an attempt to mislead the DMV and it was against the law to sell a vehicle from a dealership without emissions testing being conducted prior to the sale. Afterwards I had to return to Dynamic Auto to have emissions conducted. The owner attempted to charge me 40 dollars for the emissions. I advised him of what DMV said and he promptly took the vehicle to an emissions shop. 2 days and about 75 miles later, the radiator blew. I contacted Dynamic Auto and informed him of the issue. He stated to me the vehicle was purchased "as is." I informed him that he told me the vehicle was warranted for 30 days prior to the sale and informed him where he pointed out to me on the paperwork where it said that. He denied ever saying that and told me to look at my paperwork. The box was in fact checked off as is. He did this after my signing of the paperwork, I would not have purchased the vehicle without a warranty. He told me to bring him the vehicle and he would replace the radiator for $450.00. I advised him that he deceived me and I would not pay for that racket he was running. He responded, "[redacted] off, I guess it's your problem now." He then laughed and hung up the phone. I ended up taking the vehicle to another auto repair shop and informed that there was a stop leak added to the coolant and a fresh patch on the radiator line.Desired Settlement: I would like to be refunded the $400.00 for the replacement of the radiator, an investigation into the deceit conducted while filling out the paperwork and reimbursement for the gas to return to the dealership for not properly following the law from the DMV.

Response:

Dear Revdex.com,

The day of sale, I did not issue any warranty for the vehicle that sold on 11/16/2013. I will send you a copy of all the paperwork that the DMV required for the sale.

This complaint is a false complaint against my business, please look into it.

Thank you,

Consumer

Review: [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:

The paperwork was altered after my signature was added to the paperwork. The man working at the time of the sale explained to me how the warranty worked and any issues with the vehicle would be repaired free of charge. He also stated that a thorough inspection was conducted on the vehicle. This is where I would assume the cover-up repairs were made. I filled out all of the paperwork and signed it after I was explained the warranty. He must have checked off the other box after my signature. Yes, the paperwork I have also states "as is." I was misguided by the salesman about the purchase warranty. This is a scam that Dynamic Auto pulled on me to get me to buy a vehicle and for them to avoid any repairs. I would NEVER purchase a vehicle "as is." If I wanted an as is vehicle I would have bought it from a private seller, but I chose a dealership instead because of the warranty I was told they would provide.

Sincerely,

This is a terrible place to get anything fixed on your vehicle. I got an oil change recently & they messed up my engine. I will never go to this place again.
