Robert basically held my hand through the entire process, making shipping my truck from Florida to Michgan as easy as ordering a pizzaThe driver they used called my the day before to confirm and answered my call and questions everytimeMy truck had a plastic wrap over the steering wheel and a paper liner on the floor like you would see after a high end carwashRobert and the driver made the whole experience pleasant and worry freeI would recomend them to anyone shipping a vehicle
This was our first time to try using a vehicle transport service, and so it got confusing and a bit difficult to choose just one broker after receiving many emails and phone calls from numerous companiesThe reason we decided to go with Dynamic was that our rep, Justin, seemed to be one of the few honest individuals I spoke withFrom the estimate he gave me, he told me how much would go to Dynamic and how much would go to the actual carrier/transport companyI also liked that Dynamic didn't charge a pre-order "deposit"- Although they do get credit card info to put customers on the chosen carrier's schedule, they didn't actually charge my card until the day the cars were pickby the carrierI also liked the convenience of being able use text messaging to communicate with our rep, JustinEven before we officially signwith Justin and Dynamic, Justin went the extra mile (which pleasantly surprised me!) when he said he called some carriers to find-out if any of them would be willing to accept the transport and for the amount he was trying to get for usThe other brokers I spoke with just kinda said "well, this is the typical amount for the transport you need", whereas Justin actually told me something like "I was able to call some carriers our company works with, & I found someone willing to transport on the dates you want, but he wants $WXYZ"

In the cutthroat world of auto moving (believe me, I got hundreds of calls once I requested a quote) they were professional, affordable, and most importantly reliable. After booking vehicle transport from Washington to Louisiana with Justin @ Dynamic @ the confirmed rate of $950 on August 16, 2016 a number of days transpired with then fully in the knowledge that my Jeep had to transport relatively quickly. Daily conversations yielded promises of imminent shipping until on August 19, 2016, Justin called me to inform me that a $300 surcharge would be required in order to get my vehicle moving: a classic case of the old BAIT & Switch....
I just used Dynamic Auto Movers to ship my car from Oceanside, California to Denver Colorado. The customer service was pretty good. I worked with Julie Z. and she was friendly and professional. I ended up paying exactly what she quoted me and the pick up and drop off dates where on time. No complaints. I had a positive experience with this company and I'd use them again.
As my first time transporting I have experienced the BEST service I can ever ask for Julie was very helpful was all keeping communication and the driver was the best was on time and always contacted me keeping me posted .
