Revdex.com spoke with [redacted] from the company and he stated that the money order that the consumer sent was never cashed but they did refund the consumer with a check. [redacted] said when he received the complaint, he contacted the accountant and another check was sent out to the consumer.

Review: I signed my son up for a showcase for Aug 15-17, 2014 so registration deadline was Aug 8, 2014 for $199. [redacted] text my son saying the showcase was cancelled on Aug 13, 2014. I got the phone number the text came from and called him and he said that all the checks were shredded and I told him I sent a money order. He said he would call me back, which he didn't so I waited a few days and contacted him and he said they would send a refund. I waited again, this time went to the website and contacted them, they replied and said I would receive the refund again. I still have not received anything as of Sep 3, 2014 and this is not a way for an organization to run a business.Desired Settlement: I want my check to be sent overnight for the $199, ASAP.
