Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Although the company FINALLY sent me the paperwork on all of my accounts they still have not told me how they designate which account gets how much money each month nor have they told me how to verify that the interest is correctIdeally, I would like something that looks like a ledger showing where they received my payment, which account was credited and the remaining balance for each of the accountsWith that information I could verify the interest on each accountI can't imagine that they do not have this information somewhere since that would be the only way they could keep track of that informationAlso, after going through all of the account information I found accounts that have been paid in full for tickets that are no where to be found on my record or on the wa courts websiteI would also like to know exactly when the cancelled accounts were actually cancelled and to verify that no more payments were made to those accounts after they were closedI feel that $13,in payments gives me the right to request records showing where the money was applied each month and the means to verify that the interest is correctThe principal amount for ALL of these accounts, including the cancelled ones, equals $7,so you can see that I have paid almost twice that amountI also believe that they started collection after the statute of limitations was reached on some of these bills.If they are willing to provide me with the records that I am requesting I might consider paying the amount they have asked for, but until then I will be telling my bank not to process any more payments to them Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Dear Revdex.com:We are in receipt of your correspondence regarding Ms [redacted] 's complaint.On or about 3-13-we received correspondence from Ms [redacted] stating that she had made a payment to our client South Sound Radiology for $onlineAt that time we did investigate Ms [redacted] 's concern with our clientOur client is showing that they did receive a payment for $from Ms [redacted] , however it was applied to a different charge date than the one that was assigned to our officeWe did send Ms [redacted] a letter letting her know that we have investigated her concern and confirmed that the debt in our office is valid.We would like to work with Ms [redacted] to resolve this accountThe balance on Ms [redacted] 's account as of 6-8-is $73.42, however we are willing to accept $as payment in full if received by 06-30-We are not obligated to renew this offerIf you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact me at 360-748-0420.Very truly yours,Kevin K [redacted] President
