years ago we hired Dynamic Concrete to resurface our pool Along with the resurface, we purchased a year warranty for the work $1, It has been two years since and we see cracks in pool bottom We called them and they came out to look at the pool and mentioned that the PH balance of the pool might be the cause of the cracks Never in any of the paperwork did it state a specific PH balance of the water, and we haven't changed the PH balance of the pool EVER Once they took the sample of our water they mentioned they would call back with the results weeks later, they have not called us backI called and followed up and they said they forgot and will look at the water sample and call us back No phone call sinceI have since called times and left messages for them and they have NOT returned my callAlso, when trying to contact them through their online web form, it comes back as "unsent" because their form is full We paid for a warranty and I feel like they are ign
