Hired Dynamic Contract Solutions to re-seal my pool area for $1345 in June 2015. I gave them an upfront payment of $572.50. Work was never completed. We hired Dynamic contract solution to re-seal our pool deck in June of 2015. Total amount agreed upon was $1345, we pad them $572.50 up front. Dynamic solutions applied defective material, sealant bubbled up. They promised numerous times to fix it, were unable to do so. Often did not show up as promised, no calls, emails. Last communication with business back in November was that they would come back out to our house on April 21 to fix the work via different method. Tried to contact them numerous times to confirm that they were coming out as promised, no response back from owner [redacted]l [redacted]. Will now cost me over 2K to fix the improper work done by Dynamic Concrete Solutions and have the work done properly. As a last resort I emailed the owner of the company again, telling him I would like refund of the $572.50 that I paid him upfront. No response again from [redacted]l [redacted] to my latest email. Desired SettlementRefund my upfront payment in the amount of $572.50 as the work was botched, and never completed. Will now cost me even more out of pocket to fix and complete.
