The game BEJEWELED BLITZ has "special" gems you can occasionally win but mostly must purchase to use in game play for better scores These purchases are made using "in game" currency called coinsCoins are won each game, are awarded 1x daily by using a Free Spin of an in game device similar to a slot machine, or by watching adds - add = 4,coinsCoins can be purchased outright via a chart that lists coin counts with $US amounts, or by purchasing a select number of spins on the in house slot machineYou can't get any scores high enough to ever appear on the leader board or to win any tournaments without utilizing the special gemsMy complaint is this: there are frequent adds that pop up between gamesThese adds advertise a $US currency price which is reduced from the regular chart prices - a sale or special - for either just an amount of coins or an amount of coins and a number of special gems For example maybe the add is $for 150,coins plus Blizzard Gems, Chronos Gems and Love Potion GemsThe problem is this: you make the purchase, your coin account increases correctly and your gems appear in your gem bankHowever, when you go to USE the gems you just paid for, you get charged again, X amount of coins per use! They are selling people gems and then charging us a second time to use them! That is just not right!
To make sure the problem is addressed completely I also wish to explain that for each gem that appears - you have usesSo, if I won or purchased Love Potions I could have as many as total roundsWhen we "win" a gem and put it into play the first round is freeThen rounds 2-are each at a slightly reduced "winning streak" priceIf we purchase a gem outright in game play the first round is full price so maybe 100,coins, then round might be 90,coins then round might be 85, I feel that if I make an add purchase for coins and gems, since I've paid real $US currency for X amount of coins and X amount of gems, then when I place that gem into game play ALL THREE ROUNDS should be coins -- I've already bought it, right?
I hope I've explained this ok, I think to understand better what's happening you might need to get and play the game, purchase an add for coins/gems, then put them into play to completely understandI feel I've explained it quite well, but as a player I also can picture in my head exactly what I'm talking about, and can therefore understand that everything I said may be gibberish if you er seen the gameIt's a free app download in any device's App StoreThe bottom line is that they advertise a special sale and after you make the purchase they charge you more times for an item you've already paid for
