Review: I ordered 4 brand new HVAC units from Dynamic HVAC in November of 2013 (my first mistake), and paid for them up front - that was my second mistake. I was told they would be installed in one month. After multiple phone calls and complaints, the HVAC units were finally installed 5 months later. The units come with remote controls. After multiple phone calls to the installer, [redacted], and the place of business, we still have not received the remote controls to the units we paid for. This is now a year later and multiple phone call attempts later. This business does not call you back, EVER. Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The agreement was that the installer would also install "Nest" thermostats which I purchased based on the assumption that they would be installed. [redacted] installed one, and has yet to install the second thermostat to my children's room, which was promised. He claims to have left wires that are needed for the thermostat installation in our apartment. I have no recollection of him doing this. Regardless, how hard is it to get another set of wires. I would even pay for it! Although the above is bad enough, this is not even the reason for primary complaint.

When the 4 new HVAC units were installed, the old units were removed from the wall and the new units were just thrown into the wall. The sleeve, in which the HVAC units sit, are supposed to be level or canted outward, so that the condensation drips out of the apartment/building. Although, the slant or cantation of the sleeve was not due to the work of Dynamic HVAC, it IS THEIR JOB to check the cant of the sleeve to ensure the HVAC condensation, drips outward and not inward, into our apartment. This was confirmed by several AC Repair men I have spoken to since this incident. Nonetheless, the unit leaked into our apartment and destroyed our new hardwood floors installed 1 year prior. The entire floor near the unit had to be ripped up, My family, including a new baby, are currently living with a ripped up floor, which had to be treated for fungus prevention. I cannot even replace the damaged floor, because the flooring company doesn't manufacture that wood any more. In my line of business, that is called malpractice, secondary to neglect.

Our insurance company covered the damages. We still have not received our remote controls and the thermostat is still not connected.Desired Settlement: I would like the remote controls for the units we have purchased. I would like the Nest thermostat connected. I would like the service and warranty to be transfered to another company if possible, as I do not want to deal with Dynamic HVAC any more. With regards to the damage to the apartment, my wife is an attorney and we are planning on taking Dynamic HVAC to small claims court for the damages to the apartment and having to live in the destroyed apartment for the past 4 months.

I am hoping that no other consumer has to deal with this company. They are truly awful. I have this company over 1 year to finish the job, to answer our phone calls, etc. As someone in the service industry, I find this company appalling.

We have also paid for 2 year parts and labor and 5 year warranty on compressors. I do not know how these units are under warranty when this company does not return phone calls and does not make good on their contracts.

Review: Failure to comply with "one year routine maintenance contract". I paid a "one year routine maintenance contract" for $979.88 on July *, 2013, and [redacted] and [redacted] of the company, only delivered one of the five services the contract described. For this reason I am asking for a refund for the amount of $783.90 for the 4 services not provided.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a refund in the amount of $783.90 for the 4 services, out of 5, that are described in the contract, but that were not provided. I have pictures that show the state the AC units were in on May **, 2014, after [redacted] from Dynamic HVAC Corp ([redacted]) said he had done the routine maintenance and cleaning of the six AC units in the apartment only two days before. He never visited the apartment on May [redacted]. 2014 as he said he did. The doormen of the building were there that day.

Review: I hired [redacted] from Dynamic HVAC roughly June of 2014 to install two HVAV units in my apartment. One was done correctly. On the other, he ran into some unforeseen problems. I was patient and willing to pay extra to have it fixed. Now, 5 months later, the work is still not completed and after hearing a litany of excuses, he finally no longer returns my phone calls. After contacting other HVAC companies, it turns out the work - and the information he has been peddling - was done wrong. Now, as winter approaches, I will be paying, at least, an additional $3000 to get the work done correctly. I can not be more disappointed in a contractor and believe no one should use this company.Desired Settlement: I am not sure a refund is possible. If possible, I would like it to defray the additional costs of this installment. If not, I would like my displeasure to be recorded so other consumers will not put their trust in this company.
