Review: Entered into a lease purchase agreement with Crest Financial Services for car stereo equipment through 2 Dynamic Customs, LLC. Cancelled the agreement 2 - 3 days later with [redacted], owner of Dynamic Customs of Houma. Deposits made to credit card for downpayment and radio upgrade on day of agreement. Retailer did not assist me in cancellation process with Crest Financial Serv. and misrepresented agreement terms including 90 days same as cash which not a no interest deal as he claimed but instead a $200.00 dollar expense even if paid within 90 days. Did not receive majority of stereo equipment from Dynamic Customs and was expected to return it at my expense with fees to Crest Financial Serv. Unable to determine who has equipment originally ordered; Crest Financial attempting to deduct monies from my bank account. Crest has been unable to help me clear this matter even with several phone calls made to them recently.Desired Settlement: Explanation from either party concerning complaint as to where equipment ordered has been placed; a credit made for initial charges to my credit car account with Discover totaling $411.12 and cancellation of agreement with Crest Financial as intended 2-3 days after agreement was entered into, since Crest charges exhorbidant interest fees for loan on a customer with superior credit and misrepresents agreement terms and fees when services are originally solicited from them.

Response:

Agreement signed by [redacted] is a binding agreement requiring him to repay the loan amount over a 12 month term or 90 days buyout option. Under No circumstances do we offer or are required to cancel or refund this agreement. As seen on our invoice, which was also given to [redacted], we do not issue refunds at all. Customers who choose to cancel their finance agreement have the option to do so through Crest Financial, once the agreement is closed, we are no longer a party in this sale. The customer has the option to return items to Crest for cancellation of their loan. See attached lease to own agreement signed by [redacted] Terms were clearly explained to him as any customer, our policies are clearly stated on our invoice and Crest clearly states theirs on the agreement. By signing this, [redacted] agreed to these terms and showed that he understood them. He was given the option and recommended to fully read over and review the agreement. The customer then received ALL items financed (see receipt of goods document signed by [redacted] showing he received all items in NEW condition). Once again, we Do Not issue refunds under any circumstance; the charges to [redacted] Card has already been settled through our credit card processors and they found him liable for these charges. If there is anything else we can do to help settle this complaint, Please, let us know and we are more than happy to be of assistance!

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT GET YOUR WINDOWS TINTED HERE!!

They are very careless in their work and do not have respect for anyone's vehicle. They take no precautions to protect your vehicle. I brought my car to get my windows tinted. First of all, they were out of legal so I had to get illegal on my front windows. Then they scratched my BRAND NEW CAR ALL UP!! I was pissed!! I had scratches all over the back of my car and even had cuts in my rear windshield!! The window tint was even scratched!! I'm sure the window tint was scratched by the guy carrying the tint while he had the razor blade in his hand at the same time. The scratches on my car are probably from his belt buckle or tool belt leaning up against my car. And you can tell they don't have a machine that pre-cuts the film. They cut this by hand and I can tell because the tint on the driver side window was cut jagged and not even.

Their work is not quality work that's for sure!! Anyway, Brad offered to fix the scratches by buffing them out so I made an appointment for the following Saturday even though they were closed he was going to go in. He showed up 20 minutes late because his secretary "forgot" to tell him about the appointment. He "fixed" the scratches and put some resin in the windshield, but I still have a few scratches that he missed and my windshield still looks the same so I am still pissed. I guess I should have just sued them in small claims court.

Great service and products!! The tint looked great and I went back to get audio and they offered great finance terms for me when nobody else could and the staff was very knowledgable! I cannot see why anyone would have any problems with this place, they are a great down to earth southern business and really give a personal touch to their customers, I have two friends and a sister that has also gotten tint from them and I can speak for them as well, great people and GREAT WORK!! Will be back in the future.
