Dieselafter the factAll automotive repair businesses including Dynamic Diesel use the following warrantypolicy located at the bottom of every InvoiceThe warranty policy states, I hereby acknowledge theabove repairs were done with my authorization and I understand the extent of the repairs and /orservice providedAn express mechanics lien is hereby acknowledged on above car or truck to secure theamount of repairs theretoWarranty on parts and labor is one year or 12,miles whichever comesfirstWarranty work has to be performed In our shop and cannot exceed the original cost of repairMr*** did not contact Dynamic Diesel with any issues from repairs performed at Dynamic DieselMr*** has also lied In his statement to the Revdex.comMr*** turbo was damaged do to a rats nestFordalso states the turbo has damage to itAny damage to a turbo is fatalThe damage causes the turbo tobe out of balance which in tum wlll cause the turbo to eventually destroy itself and come apartTheseturbos spin upwards to 30,rprnsOut of the kindness of Dynamic Diesel, we offered a discount onreplacing the turbo and or in services etc, None of this was good enoughThen Mr*** resortedto insulting our employees and threatens to take Dynamic Diesel to courtNone of this Is acceptable.Dynamic Diesel has been In business for years and stands behind all of our workWe do not haveissues with customersMr*** threatened lawsuit on his first phone conversation with DynamicDieselMr*** is completely unreasonablePlease read threw the following emails, copy of DynamicDiesels invoice and a copy of the Ford Dealers invoiceMr *** has also stated he called everyday etcwith no responseThis is untrueI was out of town and Mr *** was told that I would contact hirn assoon as I was back,Sincerely, *** *** CEO

I have spoken to Mr*** *** this morning, (06/08/16) at 11:AM.
I apologized for the lie that apparently occurred when my service writer spoke to Him last Mr*** has agreed to contact me personally when the other shop has determined what actually happened to
His transmission and we will rely on them to honestly tells both of us what has been damaged and in the professional opinion what caused the problem.
Based on this will determine how I will proceed with this matter
