Review: I signed my daughter up for Drivers Ed and Drivers Training with this Co. I had used them before, as had friends and they were terrific. They only had one instructor, [redacted]. He was great. But supposedly he became ill and then the trouble began. They had to canceled a lesson...never got back to me. I called and did not get a straight answer. Next month...lesson canceled, this time he had the flu. Canceled. I kept calling and getting machines, no call backs. Then I got a woman, who said my daughter would be at the top of the list for the next appt. Never heard. I called and got a recording and the voice mail box was full. I was DONE and needed to contact another company so my daughter could get her license and be done with her drivers training. The new place said MANY have been calling them, with the same, sad scenario. I even emailed this co. I am sorry if the man is THAT ill, but these women need to be honest and not lead us around with lies! NO way to handle a business!Desired Settlement: I have contacted my credit card company. Glad I used my card! They are investigating. Of course I had to pay another $300 to sign up with a new driving company and start all over again! Luckily they have many instructors and she can get her hours in in time...yet..usually they are spread out! This took so much of my time and energy!

Review: I paid for on line driving lessons as well as behind the wheel driving lessons to the tune of over $450.00 and before my daughter finished the on line classes and before she received any behind the wheel driving instructions we received a letter that this person/business was forced out of business due to an illness with their only driver and that no moneys were available for refunds. I found this to be very suspicious and no refund of any type was issued.Desired Settlement: My main point of contact is to bring this to your attention as I am sure others have. If this person was to ever try and re-start a business of any kind I would expect a refund to be issued. He basically stole my money.

Review: This business is a scam and steals people's money. First, they make you pay for your lessons first in order to sign up. After signing up, I tried contacting them through phone and no one would pick up. I called numerous times throughout the week and even sent an email asking for an appointment and still no response. I had paid $319 for lessons and demanded a refund in another email. The next day, I finally got a call but could not answer because they called me during school hours at 9:00 am (on purpose perhaps?). I called back after class and a reception named Barbara picked up saying that the instructor is has a "medical emergency", they will reimburse me, and that the person who called me was not available. I was later told by the receptionist that my call would be placed on "urgent", yet no one has contacted me back. I had no other choice but to contact my bank and report this issue in order to get my $319 back (yet the Dynamic Driving School has not paid me back). One other person I know experienced the same issue with this particular driving school and had to do the same. Not to mention there have been Yelp reviews complaining about this as well. Some haven't even received service THREE WEEKS after paying! Dynamic Driving School intentionally opens their website to funds when the instructor is unable to teach, forces customers to pay in order to sign up, and does not respond to customers' emails or phone calls as ways to collect money. Dynamic Driving School needs to give its customers whom they failed to contact and serve their money back and NEEDS to be held responsible, as they are intentionally stealing money.Desired Settlement: I would like Dynamic Driving School to be legally held responsible as stealing is an act of crime; I want a higher authority such as law enforcement to get involved. On the behalf of other customers and myself, I would like them to return all the funds that they collected back to us. I would also like for them to put on their website that their services are unavailable and to eliminate paying for sessions as part of the sign up process.
